Ross is a core member of Environment Analyst, and has been with the company for over a decade. He is the Managing Director, and is heavily involved in managing content across our platforms, and developing ongoing and meaningful relationships with all our members.

Julian loves hill walking in all weathers which contributed to a decision to relocate to Shropshire in 2007 when he quit his job as editor of The ENDS Report. With proceeds from downsizing, he co-founded his own media businesses, Environment Analyst and Chemical Watch, both serving membership communities with business intelligence and virtual and physical events.

Stuart Foxon is a non-executive director of Environment Analyst. His market background goes back to 1992 when he researched the first UK environmental consultancy market report for ENDS. Before joining us, Stuart managed market research at food, beverage and environmental consultancy, Zenith International.

CAMERON FRANSSEN

Cameron joined the team as a senior analyst in July 2024 from an energy decarbonisation role in the environmental consulting sector. His interest in the industry grew from the climate and sustainability focussed parts of his MChem Chemistry at St Andrews University, and subsequent roles within energy and climate change. Cameron's key skill lies in data analysis, developed through his science and consulting background.

Agnieszka joined Environment Analyst as a Senior Analyst in January 2025, bringing over a decade of expertise in data analysis and market research. With a degree in Applied Mathematics and a career spanning the non-profit, corporate, and start-up sectors, she excels in harnessing data to provide insights and enhance processes. Outside work, Agnieszka is committed to animal welfare and mindfulness, dedicating her time to volunteering and supporting community events and retreats.

IndrÄ— currently serves as the Research & Data Manager at Environment Analyst, transitioning to this role from her previous position as a Senior Research Analyst upon joining the team in 2023. Before joining Environment Analyst, she held a senior analyst role specializing in the FMCG sector at NielsenIQ. IndrÄ— brings over a decade of experience in environmental sciences, having pursued her studies at Aberystwyth University. Her research interests span across biomass and renewable energy production, biodiversity restoration, and invasive ecology biochemistry.


JACK MORGAN
Jack joined Environment Analyst as a reporter with previous experience in sustainability news coverage. Before joining Environment Analyst, Jack graduated from the University of Bristol with a Bsc in Biology.

Emily joined Environment Analyst in 2018 and since then has been coordinating and managing marketing campaigns across the business. Since 2024, Emily project manages and heads the marketing campaigns for membership, editorial content and online events. Prior to joining Environment Analyst, Emily graduated from the University of Bristol with a BA in English Literature, and has also completed her Level 6 Diploma in Professional Digital Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Amanda worked as a freelance conference producer for Environment Analyst for several years, before joining the company full-time in 2021 as Community & Events Director. She is responsible for our year-round events and member engagement programmes, which include our flagship UK and Global Business Summits. Her past experience includes the energy and utilities division of IIR Global Conferences.

Having joined Environment Analyst in 2017 Faye has moved from our customer service and sales department to our events department where she achieved the role of Events Manager in 2022. Faye is now responsible for live events logistics and planning, running our online events as well as sponsor and speaker liaison.
